The Backstory
We were asked:
How do you convince someone who’s never touched code to build an online store… and actually enjoy it?
That was our mission—reintroduce Shopify to a whole new audience: dreamers, small business owners, and creators who just want to sell without dealing with “tech stuff.”
What We Did
We built a full campaign that made Shopify feel friendly, empowering, and fun. From strategy to visuals to messaging, everything was designed to say: you can do this.
Here’s what we included:
• Two clear user personas (Emma & Jake) to shape the story
• “Dream it. Sell it. Shopify it.” – a bold, feel-good slogan
• A pitch deck with research, SWOT, and campaign goals
• Funnel strategy from first click to brand loyalty
• Influencer concept with Gary Vee to launch a “0 to 1,000 sales” challenge
• Landing page design and real testimonials to build trust
• SEO & content ideas to attract traffic without paid ads
Our Goal
Make Shopify feel less like a tech tool and more like a business buddy.
What Stood Out
This wasn’t just a mock campaign—it felt real. We thought through every step of the user journey, from “I’m curious” to “I’m selling.”
And we kept asking ourselves:
What would make someone feel confident enough to start?
What I Loved
This project reminded me that good design and strategy aren’t about being flashy—they’re about making people feel something. We made tech feel human, and that’s something I’m proud of.
